This Privacy Policy applies to the WatchTheDrive app. WatchTheDrive ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Your Privacy Matters

WatchTheDrive is designed with privacy at its core. All swing analysis data is stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch. Nothing is sent to our servers.

Data Collection

WatchTheDrive analyzes your golf swing using motion sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope). All data is processed locally on your device. We collect:

• Club head speed (mph)
• Swing tempo ratio
• Shoulder rotation (degrees)
• Launch angle, spin rate, distance
• Timestamps of swings
• Club selection data
• User preferences and settings

What We Don't Collect

• Your location or GPS data
• Personal identity information
• Contacts, photos, or files
• Browser history or app usage

Data Storage

All data collected by WatchTheDrive is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage frameworks. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. Your golf data remains private and under your control at all times.

Note: If iCloud Backup is enabled on your device, Apple may store app data as part of your personal device backup. WatchTheDrive does not access, collect, or control this backup data.

Local Analysis Only

AI coaching runs entirely on your device using machine learning. No cloud processing needed. WatchTheDrive uses your Apple Watch's motion sensors to detect and analyze golf swings. This motion data is processed locally on your device in real-time and is never transmitted to external servers.

No Tracking

We don't track your location, activities, or behavior. Zero user analytics. WatchTheDrive does not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash reporting tools, or third-party data processors.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to third parties. WatchTheDrive never sells, shares, or discloses your swing data to third parties. All data remains on your device.

Subscription Data

If you subscribe to WatchTheDrive Premium, your subscription is managed through Apple's App Store. Apple handles all payment processing and subscription management. We do not have access to your payment information or store payment details. Your subscription status is only stored locally on your device. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data:

• All data is stored using Apple's secure storage APIs
• Data syncs between your iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's secure local sync
• No data is transmitted to external servers
• Access to your data requires device authentication (Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode)

Your Rights and Control

You have complete control over your data:

• Access your data at any time through the app
• Delete any swing or entire sessions anytime directly in the app
• Reset all data through the app settings
• Delete all data by deleting the app from your device
• Cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store

Important: Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Children's Privacy

WatchTheDrive is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information or data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us immediately at admin@watchthedrive.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
